Rapid Relief from Trauma and Anxiety
If you've experienced trauma—whether from childhood, relationships, or events that left a lasting impact, you may feel stuck in patterns of fear, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful therapy designed to help your brain and body release the emotional charge of these experiences, so you can begin to heal at the root.
Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR is experiential.
You don't have to relive your trauma or explain every detail. Instead, we use bilateral stimulation (typically eye movements, tapping, or sound) to help the brain reprocess disturbing memories and stored emotional pain. This allows you to shift how those memories are held—moving from distressing and reactive to neutral and resolved.

What to Expect in EMDR Therapy:
EMDR starts with building safety and trust. We spend time identifying the experiences and beliefs that are keeping you stuck, and we work together to develop calming tools and inner resources that support you through the process.
Once you feel ready, we'll begin the reprocessing phase - gently guiding your mind and body through a healing sequence that transforms how painful memories are stored.
You are always in control. Your healing happens at your pace.
