Therapy Intensives at The Nest

Extended, focused therapy sessions designed to help you create meaningful movement in less time.

What is a Therapy Intensive?

Therapy intensives are longer, focused sessions designed to help you move through something meaningful in a more contained and supported way. Instead of stopping just as something important begins to emerge, we stay with the work long enough for patterns to become clear, emotions to shift, and new experiences to take hold.

Many people choose intensives when they feel stuck in weekly therapy, when something feels urgent, or when they want to create real movement in a shorter period of time. The extended format allows us to work more deeply, while still moving at a pace that feels grounded and safe.

Types of Therapy Intensives

We offer several types of therapy intensives depending on what you are navigating. Each format provides extended time to focus deeply, create movement, and work in a more contained and supported way.

  • Couples Intensives

  • EMDR Intensives

  • Individual Intensives

Why Choose an Intensive

When sessions are longer, you don't have to stop just as something important begins to surface. This allows us to move through emotional blocks, understand patterns more clearly, and leave with a greater sense of resolution rather than unfinished work.

Many people choose intensives when they feel stuck, when something feels urgent, or when they want meaningful progress without waiting months to get there.

Couples Intensives

For couples feeling stuck in repeating patterns, disconnected, or unsure how to repair what keeps happening. Extended time allows us to slow down, understand the cycle, and begin shifting it together.

EMDR Intensives

Focused trauma processing in a longer format, allowing us to move more deeply through memories, triggers, and emotional patterns that feel stuck.

Individual Intensives

For anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or patterns that continue to repeat. These sessions create space to focus deeply without feeling rushed.
