This program is for women who have experienced CPTSD due to:

  • Toxic, abusive, or manipulative relationships (relational trauma) 

  • Sexual assault or repeated boundary violations (survivor trauma)

  •  Struggles with emotional regulation, self-worth, and attachment wounds

 

If you’ve tried therapy but still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, this EMDR-based intensive program is designed to help you process, release, and heal—deeply and effectively.

 

The CPTSD Healing Framework

 

This structured yet personalized 8- or 10-week program blends EMDR therapy, somatic work, and nervous system regulation techniques to help you move from survival mode to a place of self-trust, emotional resilience, and safety.

 

Phase 1: Foundation & Safety (Weeks 1-2)

  • Understanding CPTSD & Your Nervous System How trauma lives in the body
